IPC-A-610D Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
Revision D is all new, with more illustrations, updated accept/reject criteria, requirements for BGA and Lead Free assembly and additions to bare board inspection criteria. Reorganized by terminals, through hole and surface mount technologies for easier training and referencing, this revision is a must for all quality assurance and assembly departments. Revision D has over 732 newly added and updated illustrations of acceptability criteria and has been critically reviewed for clarity and accuracy. Expanded content over the previous revision includes more information on supported and unsupported holes, high voltage applications, jumper wires, and new SMT components. The document's authors have contributed their expertise to making the document synchronize to the requirements expressed in other industry consensus documents, including IPC J-STD-001.
