IPC-A-610D Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies

Revision D is all new, with more illustrations, updated accept/reject criteria, requirements for BGA and Lead Free assembly and additions to bare board inspection criteria. Reorganized by terminals, through hole and surface mount technologies for easier training and referencing, this revision is a must for all quality assurance and assembly departments.
